Matt is a quilt artist from a sleepy Dorset village in the UK. He studied Sculpture at University and formerly used his creative hands in a different way when he opened an artisan bakery.

After a life changing accident when he broke his back, he discovered quilting in 2016 as part of his recovery and has been creating ever since. He combines his love of sculpture with quilting in a unique way.

In 2025 his “Wear Your Wings With Pride”, won 1st prize in the Quilted Creations category at Festival of Quilts in 2025.
